Sharp-shinned Hawk (Accipiter striatus)///Eckschwanzsperber
A few moments ago a Cooper's Hawk was visiting our patio. I wish I could upload the great photos I took of this event. The bird was in and out of the hedge outside our home, hoping to catch one of the many sparrows that come daily to our feeders. It was unsuccessful. This photo is from 2016.

Jetzt hab ich den Namen hinzugefuegt.

Ich bin ja aus Panoramio ausgestiegen, sodass ich nun mehr Zeit hier verbringen kann. Es ist nur schade, dass viele meiner besten Fotos dann nur noch in Google zu sehen sind.

This bird sat in our maple in the backyard. It sat there for a long time observing the activities by the feeders.
