Sharp-shinned Hawk (Accipiter striatus)///Eckschwanzsperber

A few moments ago a Cooper's Hawk was visiting our patio. I wish I could upload the great photos I took of this event. The bird was in and out of the hedge outside our home, hoping to catch one of the many sparrows that come daily to our feeders. It was unsuccessful. This photo is from 2016.

Ich bin ja aus Panoramio ausgestiegen, sodass ich nun mehr Zeit hier verbringen kann. Es ist nur schade, dass viele meiner besten Fotos dann nur noch in Google zu sehen sind.
I have started posting more photos on Flickr, but I haven't built up a group of friends there to enjoy them.
Doerthe club has replied to Ronald Losure clubThis bird sat in our maple in the backyard. It sat there for a long time observing the activities by the feeders.
