Yes, I think you a probably right also Ronald. There has been a problem with these this summer with claims of them attacking and even one person claiming that one carried off a young Puppy from a garden though I am not sure if their webbed feet would allow them to do that.

It does seem unlikely they could carry something as big as a puppy. I think they would probably carry it in their beak.
