Just read Wiki to see how you grow one of these, seems quiet complicated.

It's really not complicated, You twist (do not cut) the top off the fruit and peel off the lowest rows of leaves until there are some roots exposed. Then you put it in some good soil and keep it well-watered in a sunny place. It may take a few years before the plant makes a fruit.
