Sandhill cranes and assorted ducks

Sandhill cranes and assorted ducks
This photo was taken at Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge in northern Alabama. Thousands (maybe tens of thousands) of waterfowl come here in the winter. There are usually a few of the very rare whooping cranes, although I don't see any in this photo. I doubt I will go there this winter (2020).

Thank you, Marie-claire. It is crowded and noisy at this time of year. Best wishes for the new year.
