The Sunday Challenge this week is rain. We haven't had a drop this week, so this evening I hung the garden hose with a sprinkler on over a support, turned the water on, and the hanging basket turned into tropical jungle.

Now this was scary. very dark with tripping hazards everywhere, and the only light was from Per's lighter. I couldn't really see what photo I was taking, and was surprised to find out that I had anything. Flash fired automatically of course.

The Sunday Challenge this week is ORBS. I've had limited time this weekend to experiment, but the results are crazy and interesting too.
I had no idea how to do this until I read some instruction from another Ipernity member. Thank you Gudrun. :-))
I have chosen this one to reveal, as I liked the subtlety.

Apparently Sir Walter Raleigh liked this view of the Old Castle, which at that time was not in ruins, so he kept this view clear, hence the name..

I couldn't really work out what this creamy white reflection was until we got closer. I have never seen such long chains of wisteria.

Not having a dedicated prime lens, using manual setting, I set the focal length of the camera to 35mm and used an ISO of 100. The resulting JPEG is straight from the camera, and not altered in any way.
