We were one of the first visitors tpo walk up the tor that day, Keith, but there was a rough sleeper on the other side. He was soon going to be disturbed, as about half an hour later a group of college students were making their way up.

Lucky you! We went to visit the abbey ruins and saw the town but didn't have time for the tor.

We made the mistake of climbing up to it from the other side where there are no proper steps...never again, it was scary!! I shall always use this side now ;-)) Good shot Amelia.
