[EN] Dear friends,
Some problems occurred these last days (visit counter, upload, connexion with Yahoo/Google/Facebook IDs). We have solved many of them. Little by little, everything should work properly.
Please, wait for 48h before you report bugs.
We apologize for the lack of communication. We preferred to solve the technical difficulties first. We also have had to identify the causes to avoid this happens again.
We do hope you'll understand our choices have only one aim: keep you satisfied!
But we are just human, we'll improve ourselves, with your help ;)
Thank you all for your patience and your understanding.

[FR] Chers amis,

aware and have worked on the issues. Indeed the facebook link
was not responsive which was a shame, and the new member
of the technical staff ... a scam ? once again thanks for the
update, appreciated.
now you ask we wait for 2 days before sending bug reports.. that's not very reasonable!
Its tough with you being such a small team.I would suggest.. when stuff happens in future.... that you just put a simple quick message up.
Something like
"We are fixing the problems as fast as we can.. Thanks for your patience"
Just something like that would go a long way to reassuring people... and get them off your backs !!!
As to reporting bugs... please reconsider that. Not everyone will be aware WHEN the bug started so that 48 hours isnt going to work anyway. However..... you could also send out a set reply that is a "cover all" Again.. something like........
"Problems are being addressed .. Thank you for reporting them... "
THANKYOU for all that you do.. I continue to have faith in you and I love this site
Lea d'ipernity has replied to Pam J clubAgree as mentioned before - when a problem is reported / happens, it would give us peace of mind knowing you are aware of the situation ...
" Thanks for telling us; we are working on it.." or something to cover .
That is a nice 'warm fuzzy ' ...
Jaap van 't Veen club has replied to Peggy C clubLike so many that have commented above I really appreciate the work you guys put in and I appreciate being able to use ipernity to share photos and make friends around the world.
I also fully understand that you're only a small team and that you have to prioritise what you do at times like this, but a simple holding statement was all that was required and I'd recommend you try and do that should a similar situation occur in the future.
By not putting out such a statement you left the door wide open for rumour and speculation, as well as dissatisfaction, to grab hold.
Believe me:
in PANORAMIO never we got any information about only one problem there
(and they had a lot !!!). NOBODY talked to the members. Never.

worded like that ... can that not be activated in the way it is mentioned above ...? along
the lines of letting us know there are problems and these are being addressed ? this little
sign is already set up ... can it be changed and activated when necessary ... then members
would check that first ... and be assured you were aware of problems.
Like others have mentioned, a simple "working on the problems" statement posted would help a lot. Save you a lot of messages reporting a bug/problem each time one comes up! Appreciate all you do! :)
Quant au spam, merci aussi pour nous prévenir si vite!
Ayez un beau week-end tous!

that picmonkey is not operational ... it shows the banana and then there is a
slight sound that sounds like a programme dropping out of sinc ... I wonder
if anyone else is experiencing this tonight ... it happened once last night
but resolved and now tonight ... three attempts and it has failed.
Bonne continuation et à nouveau merci pour votre dévouement
down to 16 pages ... is not refreshing ... and seems to be an ongoing
problem ... can this not be rectified ...? and the update on our news
feed of contacts latest images ... it is not updating ... does not relate
to what the actual really is ... contact list is the only sure way of checking
what is a latest update and is time consuming. I hope it is possible
to get a reply here on these issues.
is now happening and most welcomed, thank you !
on page 18 .... !
fifteen pages ... why can this not be put right ?
is there no one at ipernity that can sort this problem out once
and for all ... ?
to 13 pages ... so good to see fresh life and interest, thank you !
away, the repair / maintenance did not seem to last for long, when will this be looked
at . . . ?
UPDATE: now down to 16 pages ....
autofantasia club has replied to beverleybeverley has replied to autofantasia clubfollow a pattern ;-) and then on a Sunday when the competition group posted,
then of course naturally that had impact ... thats fair enough ... not a problem but
it coincided with the pages starting to decrease .. I don't understand if that was
a coincidence or not ... I noticed these things because I used to run the little
group EXPLORED 4U .... and naturally checked out if pictures posted were in
fact in explore ... it became impossible to check ... I closed the group down,
because those "waiting" to go into the ipernity explore, that we see on our
news page, just did not appear ... well one or two perhaps a hiccups, but
when there are many ... then no ... more and more would go into the "waiting
area" as I call it ... and never ever appear ... who could enjoy them and comment,
even make new contacts possibly ... no one .. just the same pictures sitting
there and now ... it has started to run into a monday ... even tuesday ... last
week was terrible .. only one day did it seem to change ... then its now all
back to problems again. It concerns me because ... is there anyone at iper
staff monitoring ... and not just this issue ... but all others ... is anyone getting
any feedback ... ? is there anyone there . . . ? seems not !
Information you may find useful is that Firefox Security updates block needed functions so we can't even see our own documents. For XP users the only way round is to uninstall FF totally, make the hopeless Internet Explorer 8 the default browser then download Firefox 3.9.
Users of MS Windows from Vista forwards can use the Pale Moon Browser to solve their problems after dumpling Firefox.
we now have fresh images to enjoy . . .
The title no long changes to that of the new from the old.
It makes no difference at all which Browser one uses, this is a serious problem for us Club as well as non Club users.
Stormlizard club has replied to autofantasia clubhave sent a ticket to staff ... I hope there is a response.
UPDATE: 1.53am Thursday 17th December . . . picmonkey seems to have
now started working ... perhaps a maintenance procedure ... but seems to be ok now !
beverley has replied to Stormlizard clubthey are running some maintenance programmes and it is causing glitches ! lets
hope this is what is causing hiccups !
Indeed spammers in articles do not seem to have been removed and there are still some in
the video section that are advertising their businesses.
