o0o thank you team/staff for the work you carry out to keep ipernity
running as smooth as possible. Might I ask, the updates on our news
page of our contacts pictures does not seem to update in some ways
correctly ... if I click independently on my contact list then I can see
the most recent picture posted but the news page would be the best
place to be able to do this ... also the "history" where we click to
see comments passed ... or direct responses to comments does not
update quickly enough ... I am not sure if this is something that can
be addressed or is undergoing some maintenance ... regardless,
I would still thank you for an excellent photographic site oOo

Unfortunately, I have found that there are problems with the uploaded pictures.
They often arrive not the album that I've selected.
How long will this condition still continue?

In one of my (moderated) groups a photo was in the moderation - queue which I can't access because I just got the "Access restricted" if I click on it...

And don't try to change your usericon with an already uploaded photo or you will have an plain white (missing photo) icon afterwards (can be fixed by uploading a new item and using this one as usericon). Well, the thumbnails aren't shown at the page where you pick your new usericon, this should have been a warning...

there does seem to be a delay in updating the front page of explore ... and then
later in the day or if you blink ... you miss ... can this be fixed ? it used to be very
efficient at turning around pictures waiting to be seen and added on the day they
were posted, it seems odd and not sure why this is happening !

Pictures on the Explore section have to be reviewed by our moderators before they are published. There are sometimes delays. Sorry for that.

Haven't been able to download shots from my Iper account to my computer. Instead of a picture I get a bunch of numerical gibberish. Been like this for a couple weeks. I used to be able to hit the download full size of this pic and get the pic. Whats up with that?

Et la version d'Ipenity pour IPad ne me convient pas vraiment et ne résout pas le probleme

Good morning Team .... it is Monday at around 11.11am and I am hoping the
glitches are indeed connected to maintenance ... I have cleared caches etc ...
but the translatioin is not working under comments and there is a strange kind
of slowness ... I think it is indeed maintenance ... I hope so ;-) but wished to
mention it here just in case others experience the same or similar things !

I've had similar problems since at least the beginning of October. I've logged a ticket and am waiting for resolution. My videos from about November or October of 2013 onward don't work. I have uploaded some new ones in MPG-1 format and they seem to be playing okay now.

Passiert hier noch was, oder tritt gerade wieder die "Wir ziehen uns in unser Schneckenhaus zurück und lassen wochen- und monatelang nichts mehr von uns hören" - Lethargie beim Team ein?
Das letzte Mal, als das geschah, kamt ihr plötzlich mit einem Posting wieder hervor, das uns ein Neudesign der kompletten Webseite schmackhaft machen sollte, was uns das Threading bei den Kommentaren nahm. Ich habe Angst davor, was ihr nun ausheckt.

Hadn't had any problems with links etc until this last week. Now loads of broken links starting to appear and it's affecting not just main photos, but also profile icons too.

My Club membership is coming up for renewal, but with these problems and the extremely low profile Team ipernity have had for the last couple of months I must admit I am starting to feel a little uneasy about renewing it. Seems to be quite literally a case of the lights are on but nobody's home ... would be nice to know otherwise?

It seems Picmonkey is having major problems this morning (Thursday 4th December 2014 at 12.54pm) and wonder .. I have sent a request to you for info but is this something that can
be answered here ? is this a maintenance related problem or something totally different and
related only to picmonkey ?

I still have two pictures "hanging" in suspension in picmonkey apparently processing,
and nothing is happening ... it is shown in RED top right hand side of my news feed ...
I hope that this will be removed once everything is sorted out ... picmonkey is now
working and so is uploading ... its just this "red" informing me photos are still being
processed.
