Dear members and friends of ipernity,

1) This weekend we are celebrating a 5 years anniversary, as on September 1, 2017, we members took over the operation of this website and thus saved it from disappearing.
Since then, we have overcome all challenges. We are grateful to all who have contributed. We are looking forward to more prosperous years under successful self-governance.

2) Furthermore, this weekend we are switching the homepage pictures to the autumn collection. We thank all those who contributed with their pictures, as well as those who helped with the selection.

3) The pictures can also be viewed as a YouTube Slide Show. Please give a 'like' to this slide show if you enjoy it. This will help to increase ipernity's relevance on YouTube.

4) Another way to present ipernity's excellence to visitors is by displaying the most noteworthy pictures of our community via the 'Explore' page. Whenever you see a picture that is really noteworthy, don't hesitate to suggest it for the group Ipernity Ambassador Pictures.

5) Following the demand of some members, we have improved the pictures sharpness in the lightbox. You can see this improvement in this example. (Click with the magnifying glass after opening in the lightbox.)
