1) We are glad to announce that we managed to implement the new Terms of Use before end of 2017. For details see here: www.ipernity.com/about/tos

2) Further we assigned responsibilities within the ima team to fulfill the tasks more efficiently. These are:

This schedule of responsibilities is provisional. It is valid until elections are held at the first general meeting.

3) Of course, many expectations are still not satisfied. But as a complimentary team we are quite pleased with the work that has been done since September 1st. The services flow smoothly, the number of members is slightly increasing. Financial situation is so stable that even elder account payments could be accepted. Explore is working again (to general joy), requests are handled promptly. The problem concerning Google-translator was fixed and a practicable solution for the family&friends-problem was found. On the whole, that’s pretty good performance for three months.

2) En outre nous avons défini et mis en place, au sein de l'équipe ima, une répartition des responsabilités afin de mener à bien nos tâches plus efficacement.

Ces attributions sont valables jusqu'aux élections officielles qui seront organisées lors de la première Assemblée Générale de l'association.

3) Bien sûr, de nombreuses attentes ne sont toujours pas satisfaites. Mais en tant qu'équipe bénévole nous sommes plutôt satisfaits du travail effectué depuis le 1er septembre. Le service fonctionne sans heurts, le nombre de membres s'accroit régulièrement. La situation financière est si stable que même les paiements des anciens membres ont pu être reconduits. Explore fonctionne à nouveau, à la satisfaction générale ; les demandes d'information et les problèmes sont traités rapidement. Le problème concernant Google-translator a été résolu et une solution pratique a été trouvée pour le cas des visiteurs amis ou parents. Dans l'ensemble, ce n'est pas une mauvaise performance pour trois mois d'exercice.

2) Des Weiteren haben wir uns innerhalb des ima-Teams auf Zuständigkeiten geeinigt, um unsere Aufgaben effizienter erledigen zu können.

Diese Aufgabenverteilung ist vorläufig. Sie gilt bis zu den offiziellen Wahlen bei der ersten Mitgliedervollversammlung.

3) Natürlich sind noch viele Wünsche offen! Als ehrenamtliches Team sind wir aber durchaus zufrieden mit dem, was seit dem 01. Sept. geleistet wurde: Der operative Betrieb läuft inzwischen reibungslos, die Mitgliederzahl ist wieder leicht steigend. Die finanzielle Situation ist so stabil, dass die Altaccounts umfassend anerkannt werden konnten. Explore funktioniert zur allgemeinen Freude, Anfragen werden wieder zeitnah moderiert. Das Problem mit dem Google-Translator wurde schnell gelöst, und für die Family&Friends-Problematik wurde auch ein gangbarer Weg gefunden. Für drei Monate ist das aus unserer Sicht eine gute Bilanz.

Wir wünschen euch damit ein glückliches und friedliches Weihnachtsfest.
