Dear members and friends of ipernity!

1) Meanwhile IMA has gained access to the ticket log for “Help & Contact” and going forward will address issues. Please understand that we cannot go backwards to past requests, but will do our best to help going forward now. Where there will not be instant answers please be patient. We will be doing our best to answer in a timely manner.

2) Weeks ago people have asked an option to allow free guest accounts for family and friends. We recently discovered that such a feature has been implemented already in 2014: www.ipernity.com/blog/team/762437

3) Furthermore we have reactivated ipernity’s accounts at Facebook and Twitter, because it’s necessary to make ipernity better known in order to get new paying members also in the future. Therefore we ask all of you, who are active also at Facebook and Twitter, to like and follow ipernity page at Facebook, and ipernity account at Twitter. Moreover, please consider to comment, like and share ipernity related posts wherever you see them. And whenever you share your own ipernity posts elsewhere, please don't forget to add the #ipernity hashtag.

4) Concerning the frontpage redesign study we are happy that 45 people took the opportunity to give contributes with more than 140 inputs. The acceptance has been 90%. (All numbers without ima team. A detailed evaluation is to be found below the draft itself.) With this expertise from the community we feel more secure that the approach has the right direction. All suggestions and alternative drafts will be respected carefully within the next step of course! Many thanks to all of you and to the intensive discussion!

5) Moreover we give our ongoing thanks to Christophe Ruelle for his continued assistance. Among other things he now updated an expired login cookie for ipernity's mobile web pages at m.ipernity.com

1) Depuis notre dernier flash l'IMA a pris en main la gestion des tickets ouverts par vous à travers le menu "Aide & Contact" et a commencé à vous répondre. Merci de comprendre que nous ne pouvons pas prendre en compte les nombreuses questions postées dans le passé. Nous ferons de notre mieux pour traiter celles qui nous arrivent désormais. Si vous estimez que vos requêtes ne sont pas traitées aussi rapidement que vous le souhaitez, merci de patienter: elles le seront en temps opportun.

2) Il y a quelques semaines, des membres ont demandé la mise en place de comptes invités gratuits pour la famille et les amis. Nous avons récemment découvert qu'une telle fonctionnalité existe déjà depuis 2014. Elle est présentée ici : www.ipernity.com/blog/team/762437. 3) En outre, nous avons réactivé les comptes d'ipernity sur Facebook et Twitter, car il est nécessaire de mieux faire connaître ipernity pour attirer de nouveaux membres payants. C'est pourquoi nous demandons à tous ceux qui sont également actifs sur Facebook et Twitter de liker et de suivre la page ipernity sur Facebook et le compte ipernity sur Twitter. Pensez à commenter, liker et partager tout post relatif à ipernity partout où vous en trouvez. 4) Concernant la refonte de la page d'accueil du site, nous sommes heureux que 45 personnes aient collaboré à l’étude au travers de 140 contributions. Un accord a été trouvé à 90% (ces chiffres excluent l’équipe IMA. Une évaluation détaillée se trouve sous le projet lui-même). Grâce à l’expertise de la communauté nous pouvons estimer que cette approche va dans la bonne direction. Toutes les suggestions et projets alternatifs seront étudiés attentivement lors de la prochaine étape. Un grand merci à tous pour ce débat constructif !

1) Inzwischen konnte IMA auch die Bearbeitung der Anfragen reaktivieren, die über „Hilfe & Kontakt“ hereinkommen. Wir bitten um Verständnis, dass Anfragen aus der Vergangenheit nicht nachträglich bearbeitet werden können. Wir tun aber unser Bestes, um neu herein kommende Anfragen ab jetzt zeitnah zu bearbeiten.

2) Vor einigen Wochen wurde intensiv darüber diskutiert, freie Gastzugänge für die Familie und für Freunde einzurichten. Zufällig haben wir nun entdeckt, dass eine solche Möglichkeit bereits seit 2014 existiert: www.ipernity.com/blog/team/762437

3) Des Weiteren haben wir ipernity’s Konten bei Facebook und Twitter reaktiviert, weil es notwendig ist, ipernity’s Bekanntheit zu steigern, um den Kreis der Mitglieder zu erweitern. Wir bitten alle von euch, die auch bei Facebook und Twitter aktiv sind, ipernity dort so oft wie möglich zu verlinken. Und vergesst nicht, bei eigenen Posts auf Twitter immer auch den hastag #ipernity hinzuzufügen.

4) Im Hinblick auf die vor 14 Tagen präsentierte Redesign-Studie der Frontpage haben wir uns über mehr als 140 Beiträge von 45 Mitgliedern gefreut. Die Akzeptanz liegt bei 90%. (Angaben ohne IMA-Team. Eine detaillierte Auswertung findet ihr unterhalb der Studie in den Kommentaren.) Mit diesem Feedback haben wir ein besseres Gefühl dafür, dass die eingeschlagene Richtung stimmt. Die Vorschläge und alternativen Entwürfe werden nun bestmöglich zur Verfeinerung der Studie herangezogen. Wir danken allen, die teilgenommen haben, für ihre Beiträge und die intensive Diskussion!

5) Darüberhinaus danken wir auch noch mal ausdrücklich Christophe Ruelle für seine fortwährende Unterstützung. Unter Anderem hat er inzwischen auch das abgelaufene login-Cookie für die Mobile-Version m.ipernity.com erneuert.
