A visit to see the nurse at the surgery today for my monthly check to make sure my meds don't need adjusting. Just blood pressure and a chat basically
Blood pressure was 128/70 and pulse 78 and my cut off point is 150/90 so she was well pleased and cleared me to live for another month at least.
Home again I made up the little flower bowl and just pottered around waiting for the sun.Instead we had a morning of short sharp showers,this afternoon improved with a lot of sunshine around.
