Thank you for letting us know how Jenny is faring, does not sound so good though but yes to get rid of excess weight always helps with heart problems.

As a 10 year heart attack survivor and with a heart that mostly healed.... just tell her to fight the fight !

Don't let herself be scared .... its amazing what can heal given the right treatment and medication.. and frankly... sheer bloodymindedness.
