This morning dawned bright and sunny and I had a couple of things to do.
First job, cast my vote in the local elections then I was off on a stroll past the graveyard into the park and along the little wilderness. I love walking among the trees it's so peaceful.
Leaving there I callled at the chemist to pick up my meds then carried on homewards only to be trapped by the bakery magnet so I had no choice but to buy a pie. My last call was to get some pot plants. I dragged an up turned carate out to sit on,filled the Belfast sink and one of the oblong planters with compose. 10 minutes later the plants were in,fed and watered,a good job done and a fine end to the morning.
I went to put the watering can down and my back locked up. Bugger!!! not what I needed.
An hour and a half later after a session on the massage chair and a liberal helping of deep heat I am able to sit properly although I am stiil in pain. That will past and the morning was worth a little pain.
Here is one I have a few more snaps in this albumwww.ipernity.com/doc/mickeyfez/album/977830

Get better quickly.
Sorry to see your back troubled you, hope the pain subsides very quickly.
Thankfully (?) our local bakery is very poor quality, but the local Sainsburys do nice pastries...
