Since my last hopeful blog the weather has been dreadful. My saturday shopping trip was postponed. today I had to go for an eye test so whatever the weather is was going to be a combined trip with the eye test and shopping.
the weather gods smiled on me the sun shone,my eye test went well and I got some bargains at the shops. I am a happy bunny at least until the weather Gods get angry again

Yes Mickey false dawns, bad forecasts and so on leave us often confused and angry. Saturday here was absolutely wonderful, no gloves needed, Sunday and today back to winter again.
Good that you managed both of your tasks with pleasant weather.

Sorry to see it's been so bad there Mick. It's very changeable - one day glorious sunshine, the next terrible. Monday was lovely here and I got a load of washing on the line. This morning we have grey skies and the threat of yet more rain. Hope it improves soon for all of us.
Glad to see it brightened up for when you had to go out. Good news on the eye test, and a bargain is always good.

Yes the weather hasn't been all that kind to us has it? Although a damn sight better than a lot of other places. Glad your eye test went well.
