What has? I hear you cry,why the dreaded Christmasitis. There is an outbreak prior to Christmas every year and it's starting to break out earlier with every passing year.
The first people around here to fall were the poor souls who felt they had to have a reindeer and a tree under their front window. This ailment continues unabated and is very contagious but soon after Christmas it dies down This seems to coincide with the TV being full of holiday advertisements telling you to book early for your Summer break. What date is Easter then? I must get some chocolate eggs.
At least the local tabby has something nice to pee against

That crazy ugly unwanted USA way of decorating houses outside at Christmas time has also shown it's uglyness here in Denmark, even the house across from me has a monstrous arrangement of brilliant Blue and White LED's spread across from their roof to the trees on the lawn, one down the road has a huge sled with reindeer and Santa crossing the roof.
Beware, next fad will be Witches on Broomsticks at Halloween.
