A new buddleia has popped up.......

When we came back from the beach and supper was simmering away - I went out into the garden to see what the flowers have been doing..............

I was really very pleasantly surprised to see the snapdragons I thought had finished, were starting to sprout out again.......



And the pots of begonias is just completely full to overflowing........



The nasturtiums are still poking their heads out all over the place.......


There aren't many petunias left now, although I did find this white one looking rather smart........


There were some icelandic poppies popping up.......


And of course the inevitable Japanese anemone which is prolific in my garden at the moment........


What did surprise me is a new buddleia bush. This will have to be pruned right down when it stops flowering, but the flowers were eye level which was great for me to be able to photograph them at close quarters.......


I was really pleased to see there were a couple of added interests too.......



So that completes my day - I do like being retired you know - LOL
