As our friend, Mickey has already said - I'm back in hospital. It's so annoying - but hopefully this time they will sort it all out and get the balance of the medications right.
When I wrote about not having anything to write about - I didn't need to be brought back here so I had something to say!!!!! On Monday a nurse came to take my blood, which they've done every week since I went home after the last time. On Wednesday my doctor rang me to say that the figures for my kidneys output was too low, and having had a talk with the main doctors here in hospital, they'd decided that I should be brought back in and get it all sorted out where at least they could monitor the results. Well within 2 hours I was being brought into the hospital again.
So apart from this bit of news, I haven't done anything special, apart from making a couple more pendants in the morning before the ambulance came!!!! I also had a wash started which I had to switch off mid-wash when I left - so it'll mean I'll have to rewash it all when I get home.
Well I had a surprise this afternoon, my daughter said she wished I was already out there in Turkey, so I could teach her how to do macrame, knit, cross-stitch and sewing!!!! I said that she must be feeling old if those are the things she was wanting to do, then I remembered that I used to do those things when I was 30 and she's already 50!!!! So when I do go over there we can have a whale of a time doing girly-things together. I can see that most of my goods that I'm taking over there, will be mostly craftwork. She didn't mention patchwork quilting, so that's something I'm going to have to teach her too.
Well even though the weather has been gloriously sunny - totally blue sky - it's been bitterly cold - about 2C (36F). It's the beginning of May for goodness sake. Still I'm lovely and warm in the hospital.
Okay folks, that's about all the news I have for you. I'll let you know as and when I can leave here and go back home. It shouldn't be long, but the doctors aren't on duty for this sort of thing over the weekend, so it'll be Monday before they come along to see me.
Please continue to stay safe - I've had my first COVID19 vaccine, and am waiting for my second shot. So even though I'm virtually safer than before, I could still catch it but I wouldn't be as ill as if I hadn't had th vaccine.
Take care - enjoy this lovely sunny weather.
Sorry for my absence folks....

Jenny McIntyre club has replied to GracieI remember that my poor mother had several similar trips whilst they "reviewed" her pills and potions, one trip she came back with almost everything altered. The last few years the only regular monitoring she needed was fortnightly blood tests for her warfarin / blood clotting.
I do like your pendants, you are very talented with all these handcrafts --- I was going to suggest that you put all those albums into a folder. I use folders a lot as I have over 200 albums, otherwise I think my pages would be quite difficult to navigate.
The weather is still quite cold up here, but I've been brave and ventured out to start on some early gardening, as we are rebuilding the front fence. I need to prune the rampant rugarosa bushes to make that easier ...
We've all had our first jabs, OH had Pfizer and I got the Oxford one. A few, very minor reactions; mainly me being very tired and feeling a little off-colour ... I have another week of the first three weeks to go. Not that I'm changing any of the hand-washing, masks and social distancing things anytime soon.
We've still got masses of birds, eating loads of food, singing loudly, looking for partners and nest-sites. I saw a male bullfinch yesterday and some long-tailed tits last week.
I hope they let you back home soon. I'm worrying about your washing !
Keep Safe
Jenny McIntyre club has replied to StoneRoad2013 clubIn France, a lot of people are still waiting for anti-Covid injections ! what a mess !
Jenny McIntyre club has replied to Pat Del clubI enjoyed reading about your daughters interest in your crafts and wanting you to teach her too. Maybe it will be possible--finally--to go there sometime soon!
YAY!! You have your first vaccine shot! That's great. Also excellent that you understand the facts about being vaccinated. Sadly, the imbilcilic population will all just go back to their normal routine immediately and won't it be a sarcastically lovely mess... *sigh*...
Anyway, your latest pendants and resins are FANTASTIC and so pretty, Jenny! Thanks so much for the update. Let's cross our fingers that you're back home in a few days! :)
Jenny McIntyre club has replied to Janet Brien clubThank you for your lovely comments on my pendants. I'm so pleased you like them. I brought some in to give to the nurses who looked after me so well, but I then found out they're not allowed to accept presents!!! So they're coming back home with me.
Same here with the weather; lovely and sunny, but so cold when I leave for work.
Take care, get better soon.
