Now I've not been outside, apart from my one trip to Westward Ho! in September, for a year now, so I've kept myself busy by making pendants. Some I've given away for Christmas, but others I've kept here. I am thoroughly enjoying myself and I have decided to sell the ones left over on e-bay, but not until I stop getting the urge to make them. Otherwise it becomes a job and not for pleasure.

I do like these with the metal outline. I need to try and get rid of those air bubbles though - still they do make them rather pretty with them in.

I've been making, on average, 4 per day, each one is different which should be a good selling point.

This is my favourite I think - don't know why - just love it.

Still the ones without metal edging look nice too. Well I have done loads more, but I didn't think you'd be interested in them - I've probably bored you with this lot already!!!!

Well I wasn't going to have a Christmas tree, but Emily persuaded me, and am I glad she did. It made the lounge lovely and homely and she'd decorated it for me too. I usually decorate the tree - it's one of my favourite things to do. Unfortunately I can't do it anymore - I can't stand for any length of time and get out of breath too easily. Never mind - she did a wonderful display - it was the year for silver and white decorations.

I did take other pictures of the tree, but this one shows how gentle the lights are. She took it down today - so tonight it will be rather bare. Never mind - I will have another one next Christmas. I actually made some resin snowflakes, which went on the tree - I think I might just make some more for the tree.

My gorgeous daughter and son-in-law sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my birthday - she's getting a slap when I see her!!!! She just wanted to give me something special as we haven't seen each other since June 2019!!!! Boy do I miss her. I think if there wasn't this wonderful technology with Skype, Messenger etc, and it enables me to see her as I talk to her.

Luckily I can see my son the same way, as we are in lockdown. He did come up to see me on Boxing Day for a couple of hours. It was amazing to see him, but we did the 2metres distance all the time. I would have kept a 4metres distance if it meant I could see him!!!!

Unfortunately there are no flights out of Turkey to the UK, nor any the other way round, so I have no idea when I will next see my daughter. Still hopefully with these vaccines, there is hope that it shouldn't be long.

I do hope you are all well and safe. It shouldn't be too long now before this virus is an awful memory. Too many people have died and even more people have long lasting problems, especially with their lungs. Please obey the rules of keeping a distance but mostly - please wear a mask - such a little thing to do, but one which does save lives.
