My neighbour has a new kitten - a gorgeous little fluffy thing called Lotty. She is a Burmese and has super little markings showing her colouring.

I picked her up and it was just a ball of fluff - you know that sort of fluff that's at the end of a feather, or a tiny little rabbit. Absolutely wonderful. She's called a Lilac Burmese although the colouring is more light grey in places.

Lotty said hello to me by stretching, having a scratch on the floor and then looking at me....

Look at those gorgeous blue eyes - she's just so adorable. Anyway she soon came up to me and played around my dress hem for a while then, fed up with that game, went over to her rocking chair and decided to have a sleep..........

I mean look at her markings aren't they beautiful.............

Oh if I could [a] afford to buy one and [b] have another cat here - I'd adopt her in a heartbeat. That is if Yvonne didn't want her and it doesn't look as if that will be any time soon.

She's only allowed out into the garden supervised until she gets older so she can have her operation, then she'll be free to go out as and when she wants to......

She was quite excited to be out this afternoon and it was funny watching her being so interested in everything around her.

I'm going to go down there again soon and will thoroughly enjoy taking more pictures of her.

I hope you don't mind me boring you with pictures of her.....
