Hiccup in Picasa to Ipernity Button Uploader

Hiccups with loading from Picasa to Ipernity

For the past few days ever since reinstalling Picasa, and then installing the Picasa to Ipernity uploader button from the Ipernity site, when clicking on the button, having selected an image to upload, a screen appears telling me to sign in to Ipernity (I am alrady signed in). I complete the screen.
The screen on the right then pops up "Looks like cookies are blocked. Please check your browser or firewall settings".
Nothing blocked!
Is anyone else having this issue?
Separately another screen appears, which is totally non-responsive. Closing it asks you if you want to cancel upload. The other alternative leaves you with unresponsive screen???

Any ideas out there what is going on. Does anyone else have these problems?

I wrote that, far too soon. The cookies blocked issue is still with me. Ipernity seem unable to pinpoint what the problem is...as it is the only button with this problem I think it is an ipernity issue, as the picasa to facebook button functions perfectly normally...

Uninstalled Picasa, restarted p.c. and reloaded Picasa. Now it lets me sign in to Ipernity after clicking the Upload to Ipernity button on Picasa, but after shutting the sign-in screen to go back to Picasa to upload images, back we go on the merry-go-round to the sign-in screen.
Is anyone else out there encountering this nonsense? I run AVG, AntiMalwareBytes, and have the Windows Firewall on, none of which has either Picasa or Ipernity blocked...total mystery to this non-Techie!

Same problem here, after switching to a new computer. Ipernity uploader installs fine, but keeps forgetting my username / password, even when I click the "stay connected" button.

Pretty frustrating :-(

Just upgraded to Windows 10, so haven't tried it again yet - will post result in due course, but the Ipernity techies need to focus on sorting this out for us.

After sign-in to Ipernity following clicking on the upload to Ipernity button, the old culprit message "Looks like cookies are blocked. Check your browser and firewall settings" comes up.
There are no cookies blocked nor firewall settings denying access, so I have no idea why they cannot fix this bug...

Well, an additional problem; after uploading from Picasa finally seems to work, I keep getting the following message from Ipernity: "Your attempt to upload has failed, please try again"

Is anyone still maintaining this plug-in at all??

I have posted here, and written to them directly ... I am getting very disappointed. I might even contemplate returning to Flickr (shock!), which I left for Ipernity four years ago or so.

Now late November 2015 and no further forward in fixing this issue. Google have confirmed it is related to the button mechanism which is Ipernity's baby.

I have reinstalled everything; Google Picasa, and the Ipernity upload button. Unfortunately the result is still the same; the upload is failing once more.

A few months ago, I got a message from the Ipernity team requesting the issue to be closed (without a resolution) ... I have given up on it.
