The duo of (Mike) Shepstone and (Peter) Dibbens released "Please Tell Her" (Shepstone - Dibbens) as a B side in 1974.
Glen Campbell's first daughter, Debbie once sang with the Oklahoma band Buckwheat. Solo she issued "Please Tell Him That I Said Hello" and reached number twelve on the Easy Listening chart and peaked in the eighties on the pop chart in 1975. This sounds like so many other hummable tunes of that era it's somewhat surprising the song wasn't more successful. To my untrained ear it has the same feel as an Olivia Newton-John hit. The post is here because of the fact, like a few others, I had no idea that Debbie's record even existed.
