Looks like a McCoy card, possibly. Back is blank so it is likely pretty early.

Private Mailing Card (U.S. designation, so likely the back was printed there). The card was "Issued by the Commercial Press, Chatham, N.B.", though. It was posted on Feb. 8, 1906 at Chatham to Miss Verna Harris, Blackville, N.B. From Willie J., as indicated on the front.
