an artist book I made during my residency at Fundacion Valparaiso in December 18. A small cardstock binding housed in a wooden box, hand illustrated, based on images and stories posted by various rescue organizations working with abandoned and mistreated hunting dogs in Spain.

the book itself is a simple variation of a coptic binding, it has a soft cover with yapp edge. The book can be lifted from the box using this linen tape.
