I feel quite embarassed about this photo. I was honoured to be invited to Eugénie's father Guy's birthday dinner. The only others were the immediate family. It was a barbecue with several side dishes and it included these "petits boudins" - tiny grilled sausages. But this was the ONLY photo I took. It seemed such a private, personal gathering that it didn't feel right whipping out my phone and asking for a group photo. On the other hand, this is not a good representation of the evening. Sigh. So for the record, I met Eugénie's father Guy, her sister Matilde, brothers Gauthier and Aubert, and Aubert's partner Alison. And I'm not sure I got the spelling of a single name right
