I chose to have a cocktail that would be created by the bartender to my taste. This woman came 15th in the Swedish national cocktail championships and was amazing! She created a cocktail with cloudberry liqueur, egg white, Angostura bitters, a spray of orange blossom oil, and I don't know what else, but it was fabulous. I had three of them. Östersund
