The little helicopter looks like it has an anus

Liège-Guillemins railway station has this little helicopter on display. François is a helicopter technician, and said this was a recent invention and is special as it does not have a tail rotor. It is so small it looks like a toy helo but it carries two people. Have not been able to identify the name of the helicopter or the inventor, but apparently these are called NOTAR
