The Bungle Bungle Ranges...Purnululu National Park. Far north Western Australia. These are some of the oldest rock formations on earth. It is a World Heritage listed Site in a very remote area. The beehive-shaped domes are Devonian calcareous sandstone, with regularly alternating, dark gray bands of cynobacterial crust.
