The community hall at Gundillion, out in the bush south of Braidwood and not far from the cemetery where, in a ceremony delayed by road flooding, we shall lay Pauline to rest next week. Small halls such as this are the lifeblood of social life in most country areas of Australia. When we lived on our rural property, Pauline was a keen participant in the local ladies' sewing and craft group here. This time, we shall be attending for post-funeral reception catering - by the same group. With mixed feelings, I wish you all a safe and enjoyable weekend. HFF, everyone.
