I found this lichen growing profusely in the nature reserve. Australia apparently has about 3,000 species (it seems there are some 20,000 worldwide) and I claim no real expertise, but I think this is Cladia aggregata. Best viewed large.

I have no idea why, but those mountains in the background are called The Hazards. They're at Coles Bay in Tasmania - and that orange colour on the foreground rocks is from a type of lichen. I think a black background suits best (press 'Z').
