Commonwealth Avenue Bridge crosses Lake Burley Griffin in Canberra, Australia's capital city. In the distance is the giant flagpole over Parliament House - to give an indication of size, that flag is about as big as a double decker bus! Some good railings on the bridge, so HFF everyone (though it doesn't feel that way, with the news of iper....). Explored.

In the middle distance is the Australian War Memorial, with Anzac Parade leading from it toward Lake Burley Griffin and, further, toward the old and new Parliament House buildings. The main city centre is to the right. Best viewed on black.
