the church is down a track some way south of the village, with a norman nave and c13 chancel and transept. locked, with plastic sheeting over all the pews making it look disused.

the church was locked, but it was possible to see these details of the east wall of the C13 south transept, with large petalled dog-tooth around the niche and a corner piscina. presumably the plastic sheeting is against bats, but it makes the church seem disused.
