c15 tower of a church always locked, and no one in the village can be bothered to be a key holder. this church is away from the village, easy to break into with no houses around; no one will come here if it is always locked, no one will learn to love the building , and eventually no one will care. . . this seems a church that has thrown in the towel. why should any public, lottery or charity funds be spent on such a church ?
