one of many large lumps of magical puddingstone in the churchyard. others still act as foundations to the c12 chancel and c13 south aisle. the tower is c15 , rebuilt 1861

large lumps of puddingstone lie amongst mid c18 tombstones of the wells and meadowes families to the north of the tower in the graveyard . believed to be magical, puddingstones are still in use as foundations to buttresses.
