the west front is a great example of c14 decorated architecture, with a grand curvilinear 7 light window. it is a pity that the yews hide the aisles and west porch from view.

lettering carved on the north side of the church, looking to be either C19 or mostly restored , perhaps "Thomas Banyard, church warden" and in a different script the lower stone? "Ano.Do" but no date that I can read.
