what looks like a funeral coat of arms of an english princess and her surviving husband, dated between 1816-37.
I think in all probability the princess charlotte, who married leopold of saxe-coburg, later king of belgium, and who was the heir to the throne when she died in childbirth in 1817, fits the bill.
