It was time for a short trip on the Rhine and the most iconic portion is the valley between Koblenz & Rüdesheim. In the middle of the river you see the castle Pfalzgrafenstein. It is open to visitors. Not far from there, is the famous Loreley and it is best seen from one of the boats that regularly travel up & down the river. .
