Ruebenkraut's photos with the keyword: historic

The PiP-picture is said to be the very first photographic impression of Regensburg still available (from 1859). I set out to take a picture from the same spot in 2017. In the second PiP you find my best try, but the view is somehow obscured by trees . So I took another picture about 50 meters further down the riverside. The yet unfinished prominent building you see is the new Museum of Bavarian History to be opened in 2018.
