Saturday Self Challenge "Obsolete". This portable recording device once was the easiest way to tape people´s and politician´s voices on the street. It was actually built for reporters. These (heavy and costly) machines became obsolete with the invention of small and cheap cassette recorders and even more so since everybody carries around a digital recording device in his or her smartphone.
