At one time there were several, maybe nibbled on by foraging deer until gone for good. Here's hoping this one continues to thrive.

Virginia bluebells aren't always blue. Sometimes they're pink, as in this image, sometimes purple, or lavender, or shades in between. I understand some even bloom in white, but I haven't seen any of those.

The resurrection of an old lens, one I haven't used in some time, mainly because it's so huge and heavy. Wouldn't want to walk long distances with it, but for a short excursion it's fun to fool around with.

The berries look prickly, but are supposed to be tasty. I haven't tried one yet, and so can't substantiate the claim.
