My parents took off on a vacation, leaving my poor grandmother to tend to their children and livestock. One memorable day, Thor took off bounding after a rabbit. I vividly remember the sight of my grandmother in her housedress futilely chasing after him and shouting in her southern accent, "Tho! Tho! Tho, you come back here now! Tho!" My sister and I were hysterical, which did not go over well with poor Grandma.

I look like I'm going to a Young Republicans convention. Oh, that's right, I was a YR back then, but it was just because of a girl who smiled at me and asked if I wanted to join. They would be so disappointed in me now.
