The Arnol Blackhouse, 11 miles north-west of Stornaway on the A858, Arnol Isle of Lewis, Scotland.. A sneak in here. Scotland 2012. The black house was used to accommodate livestock as well as people. People lived at one end and the animals lived at the other with a partition between them.
