SONY DSC...Interesting find on the leeward side of Little Eye Hilbre. Hilbre is a group made of 3 islands, Little Eye, Middle Eye and Hilbre Ilse off West Kirby Wirral UK. This is the first for me, I had read Octopus are around the Irish Sea but never Squid

Spotted on the low water mark off Moreton New Brighton Wirral, It was one of only 2, both magnificant specimens awaiting the tide.The hood was approx 30 inches.
