Scottish Black Pudding, alcohol pickled pears and peaches, bacon and salad. The gravy is a mixture of the pear pickle juice and a little balsamic vinegar. Delicious!

Scottish delicacy - an Aberdeen mealie pudding. Coarse-ground oatmeal, fat, onion, salt & pepper, all contained in a bit of sheep's intestine. Tastes a lot better than it looks!
