Plaque in sidewalk at the Cultural Arts Center on Broad Street. Placed when Gadsden, Alabama was chosen as America's most liveable city by the US Council of Mayors in June 2000. The superstructure in the photo beside this one hangs over the sidewalk where this plaque has been place and has cast the shadow that has fallen on it.(IMG_6463)
