Uploaded for the Vintage Photo Theme Park February 'birthdays' theme. Unfortunately this looks like the only birthday photo I have that fits the pre-1979 criterion, which is surprising as Dad always seemed to line us up for a family group for birthdays and Christmases. Maybe I have some in our many albums, that I haven't yet scanned. Perhaps I better have a look before the end of the month! As usual Dad doesn't appear as he was behind the camera. I think that Mum had made her own and my sisters' dresses - that shift pattern certainly was put to good use!
