This and its neighbour are the same pattern but with two different 'grad maps' applied. The pattern was built up with four different 'brushes' from the Gomedia Arabesque set.

Starting with a single strip of the pattern, that can be seen repeated eight times across the bottom of the central element, a second row of eight was given the 'distort - polar coordinate' treatment in Photoshop Elements. After that the color grads were applied and other distortions made.
