I have worked out that this is Hereford from the bridge and the fact that they lived there!
From another album there is another date - Feb 1917 - written on the album page. You can see that here - www.ipernity.com/doc/philsutters/49993096
Phyllis, Marjory & schoolfriends - Hereford - 1918

I am assuming that the twins are among this group, possibly the two in gymslips. It looks like a school in the background. Perhaps someone with local knowledge can identify it. There may be other photos, which identify the school, or relevant documents, in the pile of boxes I have to sort through!
Pritchards on a country walk - winter c1913

It looks cold and there are no leaves on the trees - hence winter. Date-wise the twins would have been about ten and that looks about right from their size here.

The eldest sister Elsie, was my grandmother and the second eldest was Doris - or Auntie Do(e) to my mother. There was another older daughter, Gertrude who died in infancy. The two smallest here are twins, Marjory and Phyllis.

Marjory & Phyllis with Percy at New Brighton c1908

While I am sure the girls are Marjory & Phyllis, I am guessing that the boy is Percy. It could be Edgar as his age might be nearer right for his size. He was blind, but I don't know whether this was from birth or from a later date. I also am unaware of the degree of sight loss. This boy appears to be looking normally at one of the girls - no straining, no leaning forward.
The date is guesswork. The twins were born in 1903 and they look about five in this shot.
