This is a corner of a council office and depot complex in Bermondsey.

The glazed high-end shop fronts, facing this passageway, have been given a plastic-wrap effect in Photoshop Elements. The view across Brewery Square to the social housing in Gainsford Street, has a 'paint daubs' treatment - if I remember correctly.
