I have just realized that the photographers on all these folders are women. I know that my mother's mother and her aunts all seemed to take it in turn behind the lens, so I wonder if the processors chose the folders accordingly, or was this an advertising ploy using attractive women to plug the product.

This tiny manual of 56 pages, plus 2 informative inside covers, is 2.5in x 3.5in. It provides a very detailed set of instructions on the use of the Kodak No. 0 Brownie box camera, with fascinating techniques for taking photographs indoors and outside, with and without using flash powder.
